Hamper Pick-Up Information
Hampers can be picked up by appointment only at the main Calgary Food Bank warehouse or at one of our satellite locations. You can view the full list of satellite locations and their hours [MAP].
Pick-Up Process
We operate a drive-thru distribution model at our warehouse:
- Please ensure your vehicle has space for the hamper before you arrive—ideally in the trunk.
- Remain in your vehicle and present your ID at the designated window.
If you are arriving on foot:
- Enter through the automatic doors.
- Check in at the waiting area to the left, and follow the directions provided by our volunteers.
⚠️ Please arrive only at your scheduled pick-up time. Arriving early or late may delay service.
Hamper Distribution Hours
By Appointment Only
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
